In a couple of days I and Aaron will start playing with the new Open Source Social Networking Project entitled Diaspora*. I personally cannot wait to take a look at it due to the fact that it's suppose to be very malleable in every way possible. It also makes you wonder about Facebook and how long it will be in well service after Diaspora is released to thousands of people, and certainly after Google releases their Social Networking site in the near future. As of now the n-Gen team has not planned to build a social networking site, however, we will be experimenting around as usual.
